Dive Guide

If you are a certified diver and are looking for an experienced guide who knows all the local sites then you’ve come to the right place. I have been diving in the area for 10 years and have become well aquinted with each dive site and their unique treasures. One of my specialties is finding the little things, seahorses, frogfish, nudibranchs among other things. I also have an expansive knokwledge on the local flora and fauna. There are a number of tours that I can offer you which you will find listed below. All dives include snacks and refreshments, 3 tank dives will include a light lunch.

Local Dives

The local diving scene in Playas del Coco is definitely bustling, and for good reason. Our local dive sites and home to over 7 species of stingray including the spotted eagle ray, eletric bullseye ray and Southern Stingrays. We have a healthy population of White Tip Reef sharks and a recovering population of Nurse Sharks. In addition to this we have several species of turtles, nudibranchs, and moray eels. It is also possible to encounter seahorses, frogfish and other strange creatures of the sea.  One big difference you will notice is there isn’t much coral inour area, instead, we have volcanic rock formations. These formations give life to many species of fish and it is not uncommon to encounter large schools.
